He is not even in the top 10 all time. He was very good though and a great guy overall. Stats and championships do factor in. But ultimately it's the eye test and how good they were in their times. Brees in his career was never the best QB. Brady, Manning and maybe Rodgers were always in the top 3 always. Brees was usually no. 4 year in and year out. And Big Ben, Matt Ryan and even Cam Newton did very well some years.
